But I really wonder how many will actually play them? I've played other sub games and really enjoyed them but in WOWS the sub is really just a slow, fragile DD that goes underwater instead of smoking up. I'm sure this will change as people get more familiar with subs. Mostly, I just see subs drive around a while, ping some, release torps that rarely hit anything, and end up on the bottom of their teams in both damage and XP. I'm not so sure that one or two of them weren't even AFK after losing conneciton. I saw a Balao sink three of my team in a base cap once but they were pretty terrible players anyway, as evidenced by the fact that they had just stayed in the base doing nothing while everyone else was out fighting. The doomsayers legit just throw things out of proportion lmbo But subs unfortunately do not have the carrying power.
